Rose oil (Rosa damascena)
· Steam-distilled from Rosa damascena, harvested in May–June across the Rose Valley (Kazanlak). Key components: citronellol 25–35%, geraniol 18–22%, nerol 5–10%. Packaging: aluminium drums at 1 / 5 / 10 kg.
· Altitude of 400–700 m, limestone soils and a sharp day-to-night temperature swing produce the highest geraniol yield in the world. Bulgarian rose oil is a protected designation of origin (PDO) — there is no purer alternative from Turkey or Iran.

Organic yoghurt with Lactobacillus bulgaricus
· Dry starter cultures and finished product with the authentic strain Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus + Streptococcus thermophilus. Certifications: ISO 22000, IFS, EU BIO.
· The Lactobacillus bulgaricus strain exists only in Bulgaria's climate — it does not survive industrial conditions outside the country. This is why the Japanese and Korean functional-dairy markets specifically require the Bulgarian strain.

Sunflower oil, premium grade
· Refined or cold-pressed, oleic acid 18–22% (standard) or high-oleic 75–85% (premium). Packaging from 1 L bottles up to 25 t ISO tank containers. Certifications: Kosher, Halal, Non-GMO.
· Northern and north-eastern Bulgaria sit in the fertile black-earth belt with 700–800 mm rainfall and 2200 sun-hours per year — a combination Argentina and Ukraine cannot consistently reproduce year-round.

Sheep brined white cheese (PDO)
· 100% sheep milk, aged at least 60 days in wooden vats or vacuum packs. Fat 48–52% in dry matter. Packaging: 4 kg, 8 kg, 16 kg tins.
· Karakachan and Tsigai sheep breeds graze at 1000–1500 m in the Balkan Range and the Rhodopes — wild herb pasture that produces a distinct flavour profile. French feta and Greek feta don't reach the same aromatic complexity.

Lavender essential oil
· Steam-distilled from Lavandula angustifolia, harvested in July. Linalool 28–38%, linalyl acetate 30–40%. Packaging: aluminium drums at 5 / 25 kg.
· Since 2018 Bulgaria has overtaken France as the world's largest producer of lavender oil. Cool Balkan nights concentrate linalool, and low pre-harvest rainfall produces a more stable profile than Provence oil.
